Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. This information will be provided to you should you choose to use Sparkling Green Cleaning Services.


What areas are you currently serving?

We serve Milton as well as south Scarborough, from West Rouge/Highland Creek to the Beaches.  If you are outside of this service area, please give us a call to see if we can accommodate you.


Can I get a quote over the phone?

To give the most accurate quote, we will need to see your home to make a proper assessment.  


Do I have to sign a contract?

There is no long term contract to be signed. However, there is a service agreement that must be signed so that both parties are clear on what to expect.


How often will you come and clean?

We offer services on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.  If you require cleaning outside of these parameters, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.


What do I do with my pets while my house is being cleaned?

For animals that may be on the aggressive side or nervous while your home is being cleaned, we ask that the pet be secured in a separate room while we are working.  Otherwise, we are flexible to work with animals around the home. 


What happens if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours in advance and we will reschedule your appointment.


What happens if my scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday?

We will call you to reschedule that appointment.


Do I need to be home while the work is being done?

You can choose to be at home or away during your cleaning.  If you choose to be away, you can provide us with a key to gain access to your home which will be identified by a unique client number. 


What happens in the unlikely event something is damaged or broken during a cleaning session?

Accidents do happen however great care will be taken avoid any damage.  Sparkling Green is insured and bonded to handle any of these situations.


How is payment made for the cleaning services?

Payment is due the day of cleaning by cash, cheque or email transfer. A receipt will be provided upon request and will be sent electronically.


Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

All cleaning supplies will be provided so that you do not have to worry about having anything ready or supplied for the cleaning.  We are committed to using non-toxic cleaning products, HEPA vacuums, and anti-bacterial microfibers throughout your home.
